WHO
Dancers ages three and up with special needs
--> All abilities are welcome, including those with Autism, Down syndrome, and assistive devices.
Students must be three by 10/1 of the current school year to enroll. There is no maximum age as long as older friends can be gentle with young dancers.
Students typically attend class with a parent, older sibling, babysitter, or therapist. The caregiver will assist the student as needed in class, offering support and one-on-one guidance. In some cases, dancers may be ready to attend class independently.
WHEN
Weekly classes meet for 45 minutes. See the current Integrative Classes page for days and times.
WHAT TO WEAR
Students receive a uniform each year at no additional charge. Choose from a leotard and tights or a t-shirt and pants. However, any easy-to-move-in, comfortable, and modest clothing is acceptable for Integrative Dance.
