Hello, %contact_first_name%!
Welcome to the March 2, 2026 issue of The Navigator. This is your weekly 3-minute studio update.
THROUGH THE LOOKING GLASS | Setting SMART Goals
This graphic illustrates the Pure Dance Works student's journey from tots to teens:

This week, Ripple students will set a SMART Goal for what they want to achieve in their current dance style(s). Clear goals help dancers take ownership of their growth while building focus, confidence, and steady progress.
Ask your dancer to share their goal and the steps they’re taking to reach it.
A SMART Goal is Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant & Time-Based:
Specific: In which style(s) of dance do you wish to train?
Measurable: Which level do you want to reach?
Attainable: Your goal should stretch you to accomplish a high standard you can be proud of.
Relevant: For any student, setting a training goal is relevant. To reach your desired level, make sure your daily choices move you toward your goal.
Time-Based: Based on your current age and the Pure Dance Works Roadmap, when do you expect to reach your goal?
We encourage you to talk to your student about their goals as we head into the home stretch of this season.
Thank you for allowing us the privilege of training your dancer. It is our absolute pleasure to train dancers who make a positive impact everywhere they go.
We'll be here every step of the way!
BON VOYAGE!
